The eROSITA all-sky survey is capable of viewing the night sky in the energy band 0.2-8 keV. The previous all-sky survey, ROSAT, worked solely in the energy band 0.1-2 keV. Therefore, eROSITA allows astronomers to see the night sky for the first time through the energy band 2-8 keV. Many of the never-before-seen objects that reside in this energy band are BL Lac objects, the most numerous class of TeV-detected sources. However, there is a very limited number of BL Lac objects that are known TeV emitters. Thus, this project aims to develop an algorithm that will search through the eROSITA catalog for objects that match the classification necessary to be described as TeV-emitting BL Lac sources with the aim of expanding the database of knowledge that surrounds BL Lac sources and their emissions. The goal of this project is to develop this algorithm before the eROSITA all-sky survey data is released. Therefore, we use the eROSITA Final Equatorial Depth Survey (eFEDS) field as a model for the eROSITA data.
