Greetings and welcome! Thank you for selecting and finalizing your plans to attend the 2026 TRIO Ronald E. McNair Symposium and Grad Fair conference on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. We are proud to be the home of Dr. Ronald E. McNair, where he received his undergraduate in Physics.
We welcome all undergraduate research scholars from all majors to participate in the 2026 NCATSU McNair Scholars Research Symposium and Grad Fair on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University, January 23-25, 2026. Conference registration is now open!

Registration Fees:
- Early Bird Registration: $325 per person DEADLINE: November 29, 2025
- Regular Registration: $375 per person: DEADLINE January 9, 2026
- Late Registration: $425 per person DEADLINE January 16, 2026
- On site Registration: $550 per person
- Abstract, Poster and Oral Presentation Submissions DEADLINE: December 19, 2025
