The location of our dining hall at BSU is East Campus Commons, located on the east side of campus. It is the largest of all the dining halls on campus and is accessible to a large portion of students. With one meal swipe, you can have all the food you would like. It is a buffet-style dining hall with many different options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Open almost all day, every day, it is a safe option for residents who are looking for something at any time of the day, with options for allergies and dietary restrictions. We will be exploring the sustainability practices that are used at ECC, as well as some suggestions from our students.
