ReSEARCH Dialogues is an annual, campus-wide academic conference celebrating research and creative activities happening on campus and in the Chattanooga community. Presenters represent nearly all UTC disciplines, centers, programs and include: UTC faculty and staff, graduate and undergraduate students, and Chattanooga community members.

How to Navigate this Site

Use the menu at the top of the page to navigate the symposium. 

• Presentations tab: Click here to explore research projects according to discipline. Use field below presentations to leave comments for discussion.
• Live Sessions tab: Click here to explore times in which various panels, key note speakers, and Q&A sessions will be happening.

Accessing Presentations

Presentations (posters, slide decks, and screencasts) are organized in random order on the webpage (Presentations tab above), but you can search by student name, discipline, or keyword. Each presentation is set up to allow you to leave questions and comments for the presenters. 

Interacting with Presenters and Accessing Live Sessions

Presenters who wish to engage directly with conference attendees are encouraged to utilize the "Comments" tool within the Symposium platform. This tool provides a fun and accessible way for presenters and conference attendees to share ideas, ask questions, and provide feedback. Starting on April 12, you will be able to view presentations without signing in, however, if you choose to comment, ask questions, or tune into any of the live events you will need to create an account by clicking on the Sign Up tab at the top of this screen.

Are You Affiliated with UTC?

• 1. Click on the Sign Up tab in the top right corner of this page.
• 2. Register using your UTC email address. Enter your first name and last name and choose a password. Select sign up. 
• 3. Confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the confirmation email that was sent to your inbox. Once you click this link you will be directed to the Symposium by ForagerOne login page. 

Are You Visiting from Outside UTC?

If you are attending/visiting the conference from outside UTC ( i.e. you do not have a UTC e-mail account), you will need to fill out the form here to request access to the conference platform. Once you submit this form, you will receive an e-mail with account setup instructions.
