The Summer Symposium celebrates the intellectual exploration and creativity of our students. It represents over 25,000 hours of collaborative work between students and mentors in the labs, libraries, studios, field sites, and with community partners. We encourage you to engage broadly with the diverse projects representing 7 colleges from across the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

The research presented here represents National Science Foundation supported programs, the Charlotte Teachers Institute, UNC Charlotte departmental programs, and the OUR Summer Scholars.

This Symposium site (available 7/22/25) contains pre-recorded summaries for all of the presentations that you can see in person on July 25, 2025. This site allows allows attendees to engage with student projects from anywhere in the world at any time!
