Welcome!

The Spring Symposium is open to undergraduate researchers across West Virginia University who participate in research programs/disciplines at the University. Undergraduates can present their research and creative efforts in one of several categories distributed into Poster, Oral and Performance sessions. All presentations are reviewed and judged by faculty and graduate students.

Symposium will be held in person on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 12:30 pm - 5 pm in the WVU Mountain Lair

12:30 pm – 1:00 pm | Students hang posters

1:00 pm – 2:40 pm | Public Poster Session I

1:00 pm – 2:40 pm | Oral Presentations Session I

2:40 pm - 3:00 pm | Coffee Break 

3:00 pm – 4:40 pm | Public Poster Session II 

3:00 pm – 4:40 pm | Oral Presentations Session II

4:40 pm - 5:00 pm | Closing and poster take down
